Victoria
Premium Stylist & Colour Specialist
Victoria started her time with us at 15 as a Saturday assistant, 15 years on she has gained unbelievable experience, having been a part of Schwarzkopfs young artistic team in 2016 and L'Oréal ID artist team in 2021. She is also currently a member of the Racoon artistic team where she's gained a wealth of knowledge, being involved with fashion weeks/photoshoots and seminars. In 2020 Victoria won Best Stylist in Essex! Victoria is a colour specialist having completed the prestigious L'Oréal colour specialist degree. Certainly not one to shy away from a challenge! After having her 2 kids, she's now back in salon 2 days a week, so always book in advance!
William
Senior Stylist
Will has been hairdressing for 18 years and has worked at Taylors for 13 years!
During his time in the hair industry he has collected a portfolio of certifications including; NVQ Level 2 & 3, Schwarzkopf Artistic License, Schwarzkopf Colour Specialist, Schwarzkopf Balayage Techniques, L’Oreal Creative Cutting, L’Oreal Semi finalist and Balmain Paris Extensions! Will has such a passion, love and flare for all of his clients' hair desires and ideas. He loves to be challenged after 18 years experience and is always learning. Will likes to say 'remember your hair is part of your daily outfit! Wear it with PRIDE!'
Marie
Cutting Specialist
Marie has been in the industry for over 25 years and her passion took her to London where she experienced all avenues of hairdressing.
Now at Taylor's for nearly 7 years, her passion is still as strong, in highlights , tints and as a cutting specialist. She loves a short haircut as much as strong curly hair, big bouncy blowdries. She is currently in Taylor's Rayleigh on a Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Ami
Expert Stylist & Cutting Specialist
Ami is a seasoned hairdresser with over 20 years of experience working in prestigious hair salons. Renowned as a cutting specialist here at Taylor’s, Ami excels in all hair types, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every client. While skilled in a variety of styles and colouring, she has a particular passion for short haircuts, consistently delivering precise, stylish, and flattering looks. Her dedication to the craft and commitment to excellence has earned a loyal clientele and a respected reputation in the industry. Booking ahead is always advised as she is in high demands.
Lily
Advanced Stylist
Lily has been at Taylor’s since 2018. She has recently started a colour masters, aiming to graduate in November and be promoted to a colour specialist! Her favourite thing to do is lived-in blondes, as she loves how it’s so tailored to the client. With a good consultation Lily can get you on the right track to achieving your dream hair! Lily also loves hair extensions as they are so versatile, you can add length, thickness and pops of colour. Manager, Premium Stylist
In 2021, Billie was honoured to win the Stylist of the Year award for all of Essex, a testament to her passion and skill in the industry. As a dedicated hairdresser and colour specialist, Billie has been bringing hair dreams to life at Taylor’s Hairdressing since 2010. She finds joy in creating stunning highlights and balayages which are her absolute favourite services to carry out. Let's transform your hair together!
Matt
Stylist
After experimenting with cutting his own hair from age 16, Matt went on to study hairdressing as a profession in his early 20's. Qualified in 2004, his career has expanded beyond hair.
As a cutting specialist at Taylor's Rayleigh, Matt is also knowledgeable in hair systems, including gents custom made. This requires attention to detail and precision. In addition Matt is licensed, qualified and experienced in scalp micro pigmentation, catering for those struggling with hair loss.

Stylist
Bailee started at Taylor’s in Rayleigh as a Saturday girl in 2017, and has always had a passion for hairdressing. She has built up a fun and steady clientele base but is always looking to grow. She particularly enjoys creating beautiful balayages as this is one of her most requested services. One of the other things that she enjoys is creating seamless highlights and prides herself in how particular her placement is and making people feel and look amazing! Alice
Stylist
Alice is an advanced stylist and has been at Taylor’s since 2017. She loves to create seamless colours with different techniques such as balayage and highlights. Her favourite thing to do is create a bespoke colour for each client to make them feel amazing when they leave the salon. Alice is happy welcoming new clients on a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Jay
Stylist
Jay began his career in 2016 at a high end salon in west London. He has always had a passion for hairdressing having been in the industry for over ten years, eventually moving on to work in Mayfair and then Windsor.
Jay moved to Essex in September 2023 from London and eventually joined Taylor’s in Rayleigh working with our fabulous team!
Jay loves to create beautiful long lasting colours that are tailored to each client’s individual need. He specialises in balayages but equally loves to highlight and create beautiful haircuts having experience in all aspects of hairdressing. Book in for a consultation!
Ellie
Stylist
Ellie is our newly qualified stylist who loves colouring. Her favourite service is a blended balayage but she also loves brightening her clients hair up with highlights. Ellie loves making her clients feel welcome and happy throughout a service and the smiles on their faces at the end with a fresh colour and style. Ellie also likes trying new trends in colouring and cutting while knowing all the classic looks.
